Summary: The hotel rooms need updating. We book an hour before arriving but Hotel.com had not sent it through to the hotel. The receptionist gave us the room and said she would sort it out. Which she did telling us it came through 2 hours after we arrived

Summary: Travelling to and from UK to Spain we find this a very convenient ovenight stop. A lift to all floors makes access very easy. Having tea/coffe making facilites is a real bonus. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. I personally appreciate a bath however having the shower over the bath can make getting in and out a little hazardous. A hand rail would be a very good solution. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has good free car parking and it is located in a safe area with local hypermarket and other shops very close. There is a restaurant, a small bar and the breakfast is very good.

Summary: We use this hotel as an overnight stop on our way to Spain and back. The room was a little tired but more than adequate. The overbath shower was a little awkward to operate. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. The hotel is very quiet at night and there is a handy supermarket and petrol station very close by. On-site parking is good and the area seems very safe.

Summary: We travel to Spain quite regularly and this is a great overnight stop at a very reasonable cost. It is easy to find and easy to park in the free car park. The hotel is welcoming, the staff are helpful and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are large. We really appreciate having tea and coffee in the room and having a bath with overhead shower is very welcome. There is a large supermarket very close by and several other shops. We will continue to use this hotel.

Summary: It was our first time at a Kyriad hotel and we found that it was beyond our expectations.The hotel was excellent and the staff were exceptional, worthy of a 5* hotel. The room, although not massive, had a large king size double bed and was very clean and comfortable The climate control for heating was easy to use and made the room very warm to return to on a very cold January night. The car parking was on site and included. We shall certainly make this chain of hotels our 1st choice for our journeys to and from Spain to UK.

Summary: A little bit outside the centre of Pau but given the late booking and the fact the city was full of people doing the Etape du Tour I was very happy with the price and quality of hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Most spoke some english. The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere and served vey enjoyable food. The continental breakfast consisted of a variety of good quality foods. Hams, cheeses, boiled eggs, yoghurts, juices,fresh and dried fruit,cereals, french bread, croissants, coffee etc. The room was on the small side but had everything necessary for a comfortable stay including wi-fi. The bathroom fittings were new and everything worked well. The hotel is situated vey close to an out of town shopping complex with a comprehensive range of outlets. There is also a car hire firm nearby. The hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or evening meals on the weekend except by prior arrangement.
